CME ACCREDITATION

Thank you for attending CSI Focus D-HF 2024.

The event has been accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Continuing Education for Health Professionals (EBAC). Each participant should claim only those hours of credit that have actually been spent in the educational activity. EBAC works according to the quality standards of the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME), which is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS).

The EBAC Board designates this live activity for a maximum of 19 CME credits.

Physicians can claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

 

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE AND CME CREDITS?

Please remember that due to rules and regulations, we can provide your CME credits and certificate only if you have filled in the evaluation form by January 3, 2025. 

Please note: CME credits are only available for in-person attendance.

As the certificate of attendance will be sent by email, please ensure that your contact details are up to date when you pick up your badge from the welcome team at the registration counter.
